Are your products a mass production?
No, we design and develop every product from zero by ourselves and have them made by top quality production team. We do not use "white label" services.
Do you have a store?
Right now we only sell at our website erodeworld.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
I received a wrong order, what do I do?
We are really sorry that you got a wrong order! We are happy to exchange unworn products. Just contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange instead of refund?

I'm an influencer and would like to test your products, is there a chance for cooperation?

What is your return policy?
You have a right to return your oder within 14 days from delivery date. Please notify us of your return via email@example.com. Upon receiving the returned goods we will return all of the payments received from the purchaser.

Returns must adhere to the following:
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged
- No stains/hairs/odours
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
